These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Tourkrafts ("Company", "we", "our", "us") and the traveller/client ("Traveller", "Customer", "you"). By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.
Tourkrafts acts as a travel planner and intermediary. Services are provided by third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and operators.
Booking is confirmed only after payment receipt and written confirmation. Prices are subject to change until confirmation.
International Tours: 30%-50% advance, balance 30-45 days prior.
Domestic Tours: 30% advance, balance 15-30 days prior.
Last-minute bookings may require 100% payment.
All quotations are subject to availability and may change due to external factors.
Prices may change due to currency rates, airline fares, fuel surcharges, or taxes.
30+ days: 25%
15–29 days: 50%
7–14 days: 75%
Less than 7 days: 100%
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
We may alter itineraries due to operational or safety reasons.
Visa approval is at embassy discretion. Fees are non-refundable.
Traveller must carry valid passport, visa, and required documents.
Strongly recommended. Tourkrafts is not liable for uninsured losses.
Tourkrafts is not responsible for airline delays or cancellations.
No liability for missed flights or services due to late arrival.
Hotels subject to availability. Similar alternatives may be provided.
100% charges apply for no show.
No refunds for unused services.
Misconduct may result in termination without refund.
Done at traveller’s own risk.
Tourkrafts is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid.
No liability for events beyond control like disasters, strikes, pandemics.
Must be reported during the trip.
Photos may be used for marketing unless declined.
All itineraries remain Tourkrafts property.
Data used only for booking purposes.
Chargebacks may incur legal costs.
All disputes subject to Rajkot, Gujarat courts.
Booking confirms agreement to all terms.
